What virtual sessions do you offer?

I offer two types of virtual sessions: 

1) Virtual check-in sessions

2) Virtual rehabilitative-touch sessions

Virtual check-in sessions are informal chats either on the phone or via a video chat where you can share whatever you like with your cuddle practitioner. These sessions are a great form of companionship and can be both great fun and really supportive. Virtual check-in sessions are also a great way for you to get to know your cuddle therapist; some clients like to have one of these sessions to become more comfortable with the cuddler before they book an in-person Cuddle Therapy session.

Virtual rehabilitative-touch sessions are structured therapy sessions whereby your cuddle practitioner will guide you through a series of exercises designed to help clients re-connect their physical bodies to their minds and to become more aware of their touch needs and boundaries.

Price for virtual check-in sessions: 

£40 per hour 

£20 per 30 minutes

Price for virtual rehabilitative-touch sessions: 

£50 per hour 

£25 per 30 minutes

Session length:

Minimum session length for both check-in and rehabilitative-touch sessions is 30 minutes.

I can sometimes extend a session if a client asks but this option is not always possible so please state how long you would like at time of booking.

What can I expect from the virtual therapy sessions?

Virtual check-in sessions:

You can use your check-in sessions to talk about anything you like - you completely set the tone of each session. Some clients enjoy just having a good old chat and some use the time to share significant things occurring in their life, good or bad. Your cuddler offers a space where you can be completely vulnerable and talk through anything; your cuddler can then offer you advice or their perspective if that is something you would like.

Virtual rehabilitative-touch sessions:

These sessions are adapted for each client on a session by session basis, however, typical exercises include practicing the following: mental body scans, breathing exercises, bio touch techniques, body tapping, positive affirmations, meditation, eye gazing, waking up the hands, mirroring, and self-soothing techniques.
